Welcome to Empower Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from www.empowerpeptides.com (“Site”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Research Use Only

IMPORTANT: All products are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption and not for any medical, cosmetic, or diagnostic application.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 21 years or older
• You are purchasing for a research institution, lab, or personal laboratory research
• You acknowledge Empower Peptides does not endorse off-label usage

3. Limitation of Liability

Note: You accept full responsibility for product handling, application, and lawful use. Empower Peptides is not liable for misuse or indirect damages.

4. Product Information & Disclaimer

5. No FDA Approval

6. Compliance is Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that research compounds are legal to purchase, possess, and use in your jurisdiction.

7. Payment & Order Fulfillment

• Orders must be paid in full before shipping
• Empower reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order

8. Shipping & Handling

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. We are not liable for shipping delays due to couriers, customs, or natural disruptions. Free standard shipping is either through UPS or USPS Ground shipping which typically equates to 2-5 business days delivery time.

📦 Shipping Carriers

We use USPS and UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Transit times are determined by the carrier and can be anywhere between 2-5 days depending on the shipping speed chosen by researchers. Empower Peptides reserves the right to change carriers without notice if doing so will result in faster or more secure delivery.

🧊 Shipping Policy & Damaged Goods

At Empower Peptides, we ship Monday through Friday to ensure reliable delivery of all research compounds.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day of purchase. But Typically Most orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:30pm will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:30pm will ship the next business day. 

Friday Shipments:
To accommodate all researchers promptly, we do ship on Fridays. However, if you would prefer that your order be held until Monday—to avoid potential weekend delays in USPS or UPS facilities—simply email us in advance at info@empower-peptides.com with your request.

We’re committed to transparency, flexibility, and ensuring your materials arrive in optimal condition.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the packaging and product, with the tracking label visible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• Delays caused by the carrier or inclement weather.

• Returned-to-sender packages (these are typically not recoverable).

• 📦 Warm Weather Shipping & Ice Pack Disclaimer

  Empower Peptides places it's products in insulated packages and includes ice packs with select shipments as a courtesy, not as a guarantee of temperature control. During warmer seasons, it is normal for ice packs to arrive thawed and for products to feel warm upon delivery.

  All peptides sold by Empower Peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) unless otherwise stated, and are stable at ambient temperatures for standard shipping durations. The integrity and viability of these research compounds are not compromised by exposure to room temperature or heat during transit.

  Because of this, refunds or replacements will not be issued solely based on the temperature of a package upon arrival. Customers concerned about temperature sensitivity are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering to explore expedited shipping options at their own expense.

9. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or refunds unless a defective or incorrect item was shipped. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

10. No Resale or Redistribution

Purchases are strictly for internal research use only. Resale without written approval is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and trademarks on this site are property of Empower Peptides. Reuse without permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Empower Peptides and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your misuse or breach of these terms.

Empower Peptides does not claim or imply that any product offered will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. All website content including articles, blogs, images, and videos is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented constitutes medical advice.

📦 Import / Customs Disclaimer

If ordering from outside the United States, the buyer assumes full responsibility for understanding and complying with their local import laws and customs regulations. Empower Peptides is not liable for delays, seizures, or losses due to customs intervention. Once an order leaves our facility, all risks fall upon the buyer.

By ordering internationally, you acknowledge that:

• You have independently reviewed your country’s import laws.

• You assume full liability for any import or customs issues.

• You release Empower Peptides from any responsibility related to seizure or failed delivery.

🧪 Laboratory Safety & Responsibility

All purchasers represent and warrant that:

• They are qualified and understand proper handling, storage, and disposal procedures for all research chemicals.

• They will handle all products with appropriate safety precautions.

• They are aware of any potential health or regulatory risks.

Empower Peptides reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order if misuse or misrepresentation is suspected.

🧾 Product Integrity & Testing

We stand behind the quality of our materials. Customers may independently verify compound purity through licensed HPLC testing. If a legitimate, third-party HPLC test yields a result below the acceptable standard, Empower Peptides may issue a refund for:

• The tested product

• The full order amount (if affected)

• Shipping fees (with documentation)

Testing must be completed at a licensed laboratory, and results must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

You also acknowledge that:

• Our products may not appear on the TSCA inventory.
