- Chargeback
- Bank dispute
- ACH reversal
- Fraud claim
- Payment reversal
Our support team is available to review and resolve legitimate concerns involving:
- Shipping issues

- Order discrepancies
- Payment-related concerns
Chargebacks are not intended to replace standard customer service communication. Customers agree to make a good-faith effort to communicate with Empower Peptides prior to contacting their bank or payment provider.
Failure to contact us before filing a dispute may result in the dispute being formally challenged with supporting documentation.
Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC maintain detailed transaction records and reserve the right to provide those records to the issuing bank, payment processor, acquiring bank, card network, fraud-monitoring service, or dispute-resolution authority.
3. Identity Verification Requirement
To maintain secure order processing standards and help prevent unauthorized transactions, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, and misuse of payment methods, Empower Peptides requires identity and age verification for all orders prior to processing or shipment.
Identity and age verification may be completed through AgeChecker.net or another approved verification provider used by Empower Peptides.
This verification requirement applies to all payment methods, including but not limited to:
- Credit card payments
- Debit card payments
- Bank payments
- ACH or electronic check payments
- Manual payment methods
- Other approved payment methods
Orders placed using credit or debit card payment methods may be subject to additional verification review due to the increased risk of unauthorized transaction claims and cardholder disputes.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until the required identity and age verification process has been successfully completed.
Failure or refusal to complete the required verification process may result in order cancellation, delayed processing, or refusal of service.
4. Dispute Response Policy
Empower Peptides actively monitors and responds to:
- Credit card disputes
- Debit card disputes
- Bank disputes
- ACH reversals
- Cryptocurrency-related payment disputes
- Unauthorized transaction claims
For each dispute received, Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC may compile and submit documentation including:
- Order details
- Checkout verification logs
- Payment confirmation records
- Identity and age verification records
- Shipping and delivery confirmation
- Customer communication records
- Policy acknowledgment records
When appropriate, disputes may be formally contested using evidence intended to demonstrate:
- Customer authorization

- Policy acceptance at checkout
- Identity and age verification during purchase
5. Order Documentation Used During Disputes
To validate order accuracy, payment authorization, identity verification, and successful fulfillment, Empower Peptides may maintain records including:
- Order confirmations
- Billing and shipping information
- Customer account details
- Checkout acknowledgment records
- AgeChecker.net identity and age verification records
- Payment confirmation records
- USPS and UPS tracking records

- Email or customer support communications
These records may be submitted during the dispute process to the relevant financial institution, payment processor, acquiring bank, card network, fraud-monitoring service, or dispute-resolution authority.
6. “Item Not Received” Claims
If a customer files a dispute alleging non-receipt of an order, Empower Peptides may provide:
- Tracking history
- Delivery confirmation scans
- Carrier delivery photographs
- Carrier GPS data or timestamps when available
- Customer order and shipping records
Orders marked Delivered by USPS, UPS, or the applicable carrier are generally considered successfully fulfilled.
Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC are not responsible for packages stolen, misplaced, or taken after confirmed carrier delivery.
Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier first regarding missing, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
7. Unauthorized Charge or Fraud Claims
Empower Peptides requires identity and age verification through AgeChecker.net or another approved verification provider during checkout for all orders prior to processing or shipment.
By completing a purchase, customers confirm:
- Their identity
- Their age eligibility
- Their payment authorization
- Their agreement to our Terms & Policies
If a dispute is filed alleging an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC may provide evidence including:
- AgeChecker.net verification records
- Checkout verification logs
- Matching billing and shipping information
- Policy acknowledgment records
- Order history and account activity
- Email or customer communication logs
- Payment confirmation records
- Shipping and delivery confirmation records
These records may demonstrate that the transaction was completed by a verified purchaser at the time of checkout.
Because identity and age verification are required during checkout, claims alleging that a verified transaction was unauthorized may be formally challenged where verification records, payment records, customer communication records, and delivery records support purchaser authorization.
Submitting intentionally false fraud claims or knowingly fraudulent chargebacks may constitute chargeback abuse or fraud and may result in additional action.
8. Refusal of Delivery / Return to Sender
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- The product cost may be refunded after the package is returned and inspected
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Reshipping the order may require additional shipping charges
- Orders returned due to customer address error may not qualify for a full refund
9. Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse of Chargebacks
Any misuse of the chargeback process — including false claims, fraudulent disputes, intentional attempts to reverse a legitimate transaction, or failure to communicate with Empower Peptides before filing a dispute — may result in action by Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC, including but not limited to:
- Permanent account termination
- Refusal of future service
- Submission of records to payment processors or fraud-monitoring systems
- Submission of verification records to issuing banks or card networks
- Formal dispute contesting
- Legal action when appropriate
10. Legal Remedies & Recovery of Costs
Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC reserve the right to pursue legal remedies if a customer initiates a fraudulent, knowingly false, or bad-faith chargeback.
Where permitted by law, the customer may be held responsible for:
- Attorney fees
- Court costs
- Collection agency expenses
- Administrative dispute expenses
- Processor chargeback fees
- Bank or network dispute fees
- Additional damages permitted by law
Fraudulent chargebacks may constitute chargeback fraud and may result in civil or legal action.
