🚫 Returns & Refund Policy – Empower Peptides

Due to the sensitive, perishable, and research-only nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, even for unopened items, in order to protect the chain of custody, ensure proper storage conditions, and comply with legal and quality assurance standards.

✅ Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)

We may offer a store credit or replacement shipment under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your item was damaged or defective upon delivery

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include the following in your email to info@empower-peptides.com:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion. Empower Peptides reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above requirements.

❌ We Do Not Issue Refunds For:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Incorrect address submitted at checkout

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Buyer’s remorse or order cancellation after fulfillment

  • Misuse, misapplication, or unauthorized handling of any product
