Returns & Refund Policy – Empower Peptides

Empower Peptides LLC, a subsidiary of Empower Group Holdings LLC, understands that customer concerns may occasionally arise after delivery. While our products are research-use-only materials that require careful handling and chain-of-custody awareness, we may accept returns under the limited conditions outlined below.
✅ Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product is not damaged, tampered with, altered, or compromised in any way.
- The return request is initiated within Three (3) days of confirmed delivery.
If approved, Empower Peptides will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@empower-peptides.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging, if requested
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for refund.
✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other reasonable resolution if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your item was damaged or defective upon delivery
To be eligible, you must contact us within Seventy-Two (72) hours of receiving your package and provide your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Empower Peptides reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above requirements.
⏳ Late Return Requests
Return requests submitted after the Three (3) day return window may not be eligible for a refund. However, customers may still contact us, and Empower Peptides may, at its sole discretion, review the situation and attempt to provide a reasonable resolution.
❌ We Do Not Issue Refunds For:
- Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, altered, or compromised
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
- Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
- Incorrect address submitted at checkout
- Buyer’s remorse after the return window has expired
- Order cancellation requests after fulfillment or shipment endorsement
- Misuse, misapplication, or unauthorized handling of any product
- Packages marked as delivered but reported as lost, stolen, or missing after carrier delivery confirmation
⚠️ Returned Product Inspection
Returned products must pass inspection before a refund is issued. Empower Peptides reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item appears opened, damaged, tampered with, altered, compromised, or otherwise ineligible under this policy.
💳 Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Empower Peptides first at info@empower-peptides.com before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, fraud claim, or bank reversal.
Chargebacks are not intended to replace normal customer service communication. Failure to contact us before filing a dispute may result in the dispute being formally challenged with supporting documentation.
Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC reserve the right to submit order records, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, policy acknowledgments, payment records, and verification logs when responding to disputes.
