Empower Peptides – Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are your peptides for human use?
No. All products sold by Empower Peptides are strictly for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.
2. What does “for research use only” mean?
This means our peptides are to be used solely in laboratory settings by qualified professionals. They are not to be used as drugs, food, or cosmetic products.
3. Do you offer Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Every product includes a downloadable Certificate of Analysis (COA) available on the product page to ensure transparency and quality.
4. How should I store the peptides?
Before reconstitution: Store lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is recommended.
After reconstitution: Store in the refrigerator and use within the recommended time frame, typically 28 days after first puncture.
5. How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1 business day. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking info will be provided by email.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be considered in the future based on regulatory compliance.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay and other secure checkout options. We’re also working to integrate Cash App and Buy-Now-Pay-Later services soon.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Please refer to our full Return Policy. Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or the incorrect item was sent.
