1. Are your peptides for human use?
No. All products sold by Empower Peptides are strictly for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.
2. What does “for research use only” mean?
This means our peptides are intended solely for controlled laboratory settings by qualified professionals. They are not to be used as drugs, food ingredients, or cosmetic products.
3. Do you offer Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Every product includes a downloadable Certificate of Analysis (COA) on the product page to ensure transparency, identity, and purity.
4. How should I store the peptides?
Before reconstitution: Store lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is recommended.

5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Domestic shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Empower Peptides ships only within the United States. International shipping may be considered in the future depending on regulatory compliance.
7. What payment methods do you accept?

8. Can I return or exchange a product?
