• Rates and schedules found in your affiliate dashboard
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD (paid monthly)
• Payments via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or bank transfer

3. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

• No medical claims or therapeutic benefits
• No human or animal consumption mentions
• No spam, fake reviews, or misleading ads
• No PPC ads bidding on branded terms or coupon schemes
• No impersonation or misrepresentation of Empower Peptides

4. ✅ Compliance & Disclaimers

• Follow FTC guidelines — disclose your affiliate relationship
• All content must be honest, accurate, and transparent
• You agree to hold Empower Peptides harmless from claims due to your promotions

5. 🔚 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time. If terminated, you must immediately stop using our links, brand assets, and materials. Violations may result in unpaid commissions being forfeited.

📘 Affiliate Code of Conduct & Restrictions

Coupon & Deal Sites

• No unauthorized coupons or discount terms
• No deceptive “Click to Reveal” coupon links
• No coupon-related keywords in SEO or ads

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

• Branded bidding without written permission is prohibited
• No use of our trademarks in ad copy or display URLs

Affiliate Incentives

• No rebates, cashbacks, or shared commissions
• Value-added content (e.g. guides) is allowed with approval

Grounds for Termination

• False claims or misleading ads
• Spam, bot traffic, or self-referrals
• Offensive or illegal site content
• Failure to disclose affiliate status
• Trademark abuse or brand misrepresentation

Liability & Legal Recourse

Empower Peptides is not liable for lost commissions, tracking issues, or account disputes. Affiliates waive the right to pursue legal action against Empower Peptides for program participation outcomes.
