Due to the sensitive, perishable, and research-only nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, even for unopened items, in order to protect the chain of custody, ensure proper storage conditions, and comply with legal and quality assurance standards.

We may offer a store credit or replacement shipment under the following conditions:

If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion. Empower Peptides reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above requirements.
