1) Can you provide dosing or usage instructions?
No. We cannot and will not provide dosing information or usage instructions. All compounds are sold for research purposes only. Any requests for human dosing or administration guidance will not be answered.
2) How do I reconstitute my peptide?
Reconstitution is a laboratory procedure. We provide general solvent guidance (e.g., bacteriostatic water or acetic acid solutions) where appropriate, but dosing, usage, and experimental design remain the researcher’s responsibility.
3) Can I pick up my order locally?
No. Empower Peptides operates as an online research supply company. Local pickup is not offered . We ship our orders same day or next business day and usually local orders are delivered next business day. Estimated delivery times provided by carriers .
4) Are Empower Peptides products for human use?
No. All products sold by Empower Peptides are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, injection, or any therapeutic application.
5) Do your products come with a COA (Certificate of Analysis)?
Yes. Most products include a verified third-party COA. Some COAs may be pending additional lab results. Ordering constitutes acknowledgment of these terms.
6) How should I store my peptides upon arrival?
Most Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place, ideally in a refrigerator (2–8 °C). For long-term stability, some researchers choose to store vials in a freezer. Keep away from direct light, moisture, and heat.
7) What if the ice pack arrives warm or hot ? Are the peptides ruined?
No need to panic. Ice packs are included as a courtesy to minimize temperature fluctuations, but short periods at ambient temperatures do not compromise product integrity. Peptides are shipped with stability data in mind.
8) Do you offer refunds or returns?

9) Can I track my order?

10) Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Empower Peptides ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available due to regulatory restrictions.
11) Why is my solution cloudy or clumping after reconstitution?
This can happen with some peptides depending on solvent choice or mixing speed. It usually resolves by gently swirling or adding a few extra drops of solvent. Acetic Acid can also help dissolve peptides much smoother .
