1) Can you provide dosing or usage instructions?
No. We cannot and will not provide dosing information or usage instructions. All compounds are sold for research purposes only. Any requests for human dosing or administration guidance will not be answered.
2) How do I reconstitute my peptide?
Reconstitution is a laboratory procedure. We provide general solvent guidance (e.g., bacteriostatic water or acetic acid solutions) where appropriate, but dosing, usage, and experimental design remain the researcher’s responsibility.
3) Can I pick up my order locally?
No. Empower Peptides operates as an online research supply company. Local pickup is not offered. We ship orders same day or next business day, and local orders usually arrive next business day.
4) Are Empower Peptides products for human use?
No. All products sold by Empower Peptides are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, injection, or any therapeutic purpose.
5) Do your products come with a COA (Certificate of Analysis)?
Yes. Most products include verified third-party COAs. Some may be pending additional lab testing.
6) How should I store my peptides upon arrival?
Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place, ideally refrigerated (2–8°C). For long-term storage, some researchers freeze their vials. Keep away from heat, moisture, and light.
7) What if the ice pack arrives warm or hot? Are the peptides ruined?
Warm ice packs do not mean the product is damaged. They are included as a courtesy. Short periods at room temperature do not affect peptide integrity.
8) Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final. Refunds or returns are only accepted for defective products or shipping errors reported within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence. Review our Terms & Conditions.
9) Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking is emailed after shipping. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Track manually here.
10) Do you ship internationally?
No. Shipping is limited to the United States due to regulatory restrictions.
11) Why is my solution cloudy or clumping after reconstitution?
This can occur depending on solvent or mixing speed. Usually solved by gently swirling or adding a few extra drops of solvent. Acetic acid often dissolves peptides more effectively.
12) What payment methods do you accept?
