🚚 Shipping Policy – Empower Peptides

Empower Peptides is committed to fast, reliable, and compliant shipping for all research supply orders. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

🕒 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST may ship the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

📦 Shipping Carriers

We use USPS and UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Empower Peptides reserves the right to change carriers without notice if doing so will result in faster or more secure delivery.

✍️ Signature Confirmation & Age Verification

To enforce our 21+ policy:

  • All first-time customers are required to sign for their package upon delivery.

  • This is a one-time age verification measure.

  • Repeat customers may be exempt unless flagged for review by our system.

  • If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a pickup location.

❄️ Heat-Sensitive Product Notice (if applicable)

Some products may be temperature sensitive. While Empower Peptides may include cold packs or insulation when appropriate, we do not guarantee the temperature upon arrival. Please store all peptides immediately in a cool, dry, and stable environment upon delivery.

⚠️ Delivery Liability & Risk Transfer

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. Empower Peptides is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (e.g. weather, holidays, high volume)

  • Packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after carrier confirmation

  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout

  • Packages unclaimed from post office or pickup centers

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or loss.

📬 Return-to-Sender & Re-Shipment Policy

If your package is returned due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Failure to sign or pick up from the carrier

...you may request a reshipment at your expense. We do not offer refunds for returned packages due to address errors or missed pickups.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship internationally

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders

  • We do not offer local pickup or drop-off services

🌩️ Force Majeure

Empower Peptides shall not be held liable for shipping delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, carrier disruptions, pandemics, supply chain issues, or government restrictions.
