Chargeback & Dispute Policy

📄 Empower Peptides — Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Last Updated: 11/25/25

Empower Peptides operates with a strict compliance framework to ensure transparency, product integrity, and accurate order fulfillment. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following chargeback and dispute terms.

1. All Sales Are Final (With Case-by-Case Exceptions)

All purchases made through Empower Peptides are considered final.
Due to the nature of research-use-only products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once an order has been processed.

However, exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The customer notifies Empower Peptides in writing within Seventy-72 (72) hours of confirmed delivery, and

  • Clear photographic evidence is provided (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect item, shipment error)

Requests submitted after 72 hours or without proper documentation may not be eligible for review.

2. Chargebacks Are Not a Substitute for Communication

Customers agree to contact Empower Peptides at info@empower-peptides.com before filing any chargeback or dispute.

Failure to contact us prior to filing a dispute may result in the chargeback being automatically challenged with full supporting documentation.

Dispute Response Policy

We actively monitor and respond to all credit card disputes. For each dispute received, we maintain and submit comprehensive transaction documentation, including order details, payment verification, and policy acknowledgments, in accordance with card network and issuing bank requirements. When appropriate, disputes are formally contested using evidence designed to demonstrate the validity of the transaction and the fulfillment of our stated policies.

3. Order Documentation Used to Respond to Disputes

To validate order accuracy and delivery, Empower Peptides maintains:

  • Order confirmations

  • Billing and shipping information

  • Shipping labels

  • USPS/UPS tracking records

  • Delivery confirmation scans

  • Relevant email communication

These documents may be submitted to the payment processor or issuing bank when responding to disputes.

4. “Item Not Received” Claims

If a dispute is filed claiming non-receipt, Empower Peptides may submit:

  • USPS/UPS tracking history

  • Delivery confirmation scans

  • Carrier notes, timestamps, or GPS data (when available)

Orders marked Delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

Empower Peptides is not responsible for packages stolen, misplaced, or taken after confirmed delivery.

5. Unauthorized Charge or Fraud Claims

If a customer files a dispute alleging an unauthorized transaction, Empower Peptides may provide evidence including:

  • Matching billing/shipping information

  • Order history

  • Customer communication logs

  • Checkout verification details

This helps issuing banks validate legitimate transactions.

6. Refusal of Delivery / Return to Sender

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The product cost will be refunded once the package is returned to us

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Reshipping the order will require an additional shipping charge

7. Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse of Chargebacks

Any misuse of the chargeback process — including false claims, fraudulent disputes, or intentional attempts to reverse a legitimate transaction — may result in:

  • Permanent account termination

  • Evidence submission to payment processors and fraud monitoring networks

  • Legal action when warranted

8. Legal Remedies & Recovery of Costs

Empower Peptides reserves the right to pursue legal action if a customer initiates a fraudulent, false, or bad-faithchargeback.

If Empower Peptides must recover funds through legal or collection efforts, the customer may be held responsible for:

  • Attorney and legal fees

  • Court filing fees

  • Collection agency costs

  • Administrative expenses related to dispute handling

  • Additional damages permitted by law

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may constitute chargeback fraud, a civil offense that may result in legal proceedings.

9. Agreement at Checkout

By completing checkout, the customer certifies that:

  • They are 21 years of age or older

  • They understand products are sold strictly for research use only

  • They have reviewed and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy

  • They understand that false chargebacks may result in legal or financial liability

This acknowledgment is logged and retained as part of the transaction record.
